We were tired of chasing the same customer admin
PORTALD came from running a customer-heavy UK service business. We were constantly chasing forms, resending documents and answering the same “any update?” messages.
We built internal systems so customers could see what they needed to do and staff could see what had come back. PORTALD turns that approach into a product other small businesses can use.
